Nacetylcysteine (NAC) is a derivative of the amino acid cysteine and a direct precursor of glutathione, the body's master antioxidant. Each capsule provides 600 mg of NAC in a vegetarian, gluten- and lactose-free format. Its powerful antioxidant action helps neutralise free radicals, protect tissues against oxidative damage and support the immune system. How to use

Take 2 to 3 capsules per day. 1 capsule is recommended in the morning for energy and electrolyte balance and 2 capsules in the evening to promote neuromuscular relaxation and restful sleep.
