- Make sure the intimate area is clean and dry.
- Open the individually wrapped pad with the adhesive tape.
- Unfold the pad completely and remove the wrapper.
- Place the pad, adhesive side down, in the centre of the underwear and press to secure.
- After use, remove the pad and dispose of it in the general waste.
- Do not flush the pad or packaging down the toilet.
