Directions for use
1 tube at bedtime x 7 nights. 1) Shake the applicator to ensure that the contents are in the thinnest part. 2) Unscrew the cap from the applicator tip. 3) Sitting or lying down, insert the thin end of the applicator into the vagina. 4) Press the reservoir of the applicator to release the gel. 5) Remove the applicator and discard.
